COMMUNITY PALLIATIVE CARE NURSE
REGISTERED NURSE GRADE 2 CASUAL BANK

CHCB Community Palliative Care Service provides multidisciplinary care to patients and their families in the community setting.
We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to be part of our casual bank with the skills and qualities to assist in the organization and coordination in delivery of care.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- RN with at least 3 years post graduate experience
- Post Graduate qualifications (or working towards same)
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Working with childrens check

Preferred Qualifications
- Broad range of clinical experience in Palliative care

Applicants are required to be
- Able to manage staff and resources
- Computer Literate
- Understanding of risk management, occupational health and safety and quality management.

Essential Qualifications:

St Lukes Hospice Unit & St Josephs Independence Maintenance Unit

An opportunity exists for enthusiastic and a suitably qualified enrolled nurse to apply for this position. The position includes working across our specialist facility supporting patients with general palliative and neuro-palliative care needs.

Essential Qualifications:
- Registered with Australian Heath Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Two years clinical experience in an inpatient setting
